As the Senior Vice President of Cultural Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cultural strategy and delivering impactful marketing solutions for our esteemed clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our initiatives resonate deeply with audiences and drive measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead initiatives that position our clients' brands at the forefront of cultural conversations, instilling confidence in our work.
  • Collaborate with teams across research, digital strategy, and analytics to ensure a culture-first approach is integrated throughout all projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing expectations and resolving conflicts as they arise.
  • Innovate and enhance our cultural offerings, contributing to the growth of our practice.
  • Serve as a thought leader, providing insights and expertise during client presentations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to identify proactive opportunities for our clients.
  • Participate in new business development and pitch processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our capabilities and processes.
  • Engage in annual planning discussions and decision-making.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that values respect and partnership.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a marketing agency or consulting environment with a focus on cultural strategy.
  • Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional team setting.
  • Ability to navigate complex discussions with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Confidence to engage in high-level strategic discussions with senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for learning and innovation.
