Client Engagement Coordinator

The Cary Company is in search of a motivated and dynamic individual to enhance our operations as a Customer Relations Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer loyalty by prioritizing outstanding service and responding promptly to inquiries through various communication channels.
- Efficiently manage order processing and transactions.
- Monitor and inform customers about their order status and delivery schedules by liaising with logistics and shipping teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by working closely with sales and warehouse personnel.
- Enhance customer experience and service efficiency through collaboration with cross-departmental teams.
- Address customer complaints and concerns effectively and diplomatically.
- Maintain organized and precise customer records within the CRM system.
- Propose new products or services by highlighting relevant features and advantages.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a customer service capacity is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in order management.
- Familiarity with packaging materials and products is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
