Key Responsibilities:


Enhance customer retention by prioritizing high-quality service and responding to inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Efficiently manage order processing and transactions.
Monitor and inform customers about their order status and delivery schedules by liaising with logistics and shipping partners.
Ensure precise and prompt order fulfillment through collaboration with sales and warehouse teams.
Elevate the overall customer experience and service efficiency by working with cross-functional teams.
Address customer complaints and concerns in a tactful and effective manner.
Maintain organized and accurate customer records within the CRM system.
Propose new products or services by highlighting relevant features and benefits.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proven experience in a customer service capacity is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach are required.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in order processing is crucial.
Familiarity with packaging materials and products is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
