Job Overview

Position Summary:

Prior experience in dispatching is advantageous.

Deliver exceptional support and expertise to ensure client inquiries are managed effectively from initiation to resolution. This will involve proficiency in the following areas: (a) Client communication, (b) Vendor interaction, and (c) Dispatching and sourcing third-party vendors. This role will entail conducting business through responding to inbound and outbound communications from clients and vendors, as well as engaging with team members. You will cultivate professional relationships with clients, vendors, and related departments by managing requests and performing administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities are outlined below.

Work Schedules: M-F 2-10 pm, Wed-Sun 8-4 pm / 9-5 pm, M-F 8-4 pm / 9-5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee job requests submitted by both new and existing clients.
  • Be readily available to respond to, address, and resolve any issues or requests that may arise.
  • Ensure timely communication with all clients.
  • Clearly define customer order-related activities, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Effectively multitask through various communication channels including email, phone, and SMS.
  • Identify customer issues with a high resolution rate while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Meet daily service level objectives and performance goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Client & Vendor Communication:

  • Engage with clients and vendors through email, phone, and text.
  • Create new inbound job requests via various communication methods.
  • Update internal tracking systems with job-related documentation, including photos and notes.
  • Notify clients of any service delays, completions, or cancellations.
  • Research, onboard, and assign new vendors as necessary.

Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience):

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to navigate web-based and text applications.
  • One year of experience in clerical work, customer service, or data entry is preferred.
  • A college degree or equivalent is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: From $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
