Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster repeat business by prioritizing outstanding service, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Efficiently manage order processing and transactions.
  • Monitor and inform customers about order statuses and delivery schedules by liaising with logistics and shipping partners.
  • Ensure precise and timely order fulfillment by working closely with sales and warehouse teams.
  • Enhance overall customer experience and service efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a diplomatic and effective manner.
  • Maintain organized and accurate customer records within the CRM system.
  • Suggest new products or services by identifying relevant features and benefits.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in order processing.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and products is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is an advantage.
