Key Responsibilities:


Promote repeat business by prioritizing outstanding service, responding swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.

Efficiently manage order processing and transactions.
Monitor and inform customers about order status and delivery schedules by liaising with logistics and shipping partners.
Ensure precise and timely order fulfillment through collaboration with sales and warehouse teams.
Enhance the overall customer experience and service efficiency by working with cross-functional teams.
Address customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a tactful and effective manner.
Maintain organized and accurate customer records within the CRM system.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Proven experience in a customer service environment is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in order processing.
Familiarity with packaging materials and products is beneficial.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is a plus.
