We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to enhance our Human Resources team.

This position will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent.


Who You Are:
Experienced:
You possess a robust understanding of talent acquisition, with over 10 years of progressive experience as a senior-level recruiter. AEC experience is essential, with a preference for candidates with expertise in Water/Environmental recruiting.

Relationship Builder:
You are adept at establishing rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Present:
This role necessitates occasional travel to cultivate relationships, engage in strategic discussions, and support the firm in critical business decisions.

Curious:
You demonstrate strong AEC business acumen, resourcefulness, sound judgment, and the ability to provide innovative solutions that align with organizational needs.

Professional:
You uphold a high standard of integrity, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity in all matters.

Conscientious Worker:
You excel at meeting deadlines consistently, are skilled in professional negotiation, and display flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team and organization.
