Position Overview:

WILDE is on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence and product visibility through strategic store engagements, experiential marketing events, and in-store demonstrations. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales growth, fostering relationships with retail partners, and enhancing brand recognition across their assigned territory. A self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and a background in field marketing and sales will thrive in this role, which involves spending 80% of the time in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture strong connections with key retailers and decision-makers within the designated area.
  • Execute WILDE shopper marketing initiatives to boost sales by improving the customer shopping experience.
  • Lead and oversee a local team of 3-6 Brand Ambassadors to facilitate product sampling events at strategic retail locations.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with retail stakeholders to ensure optimal product placement and promotional displays.
  • Collaborate closely with direct supervisors to strategize and plan efforts aimed at increasing sales through retail engagement and event activations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to shape effective marketing strategies.

Experiential Marketing:

  • Conduct in-store product demonstrations to support retailer marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and execute events, trade shows, and in-store demos to promote our brand and products.
  • Manage inventory and oversee the setup and breakdown of event materials and equipment.
  • Build rapport with event attendees and key industry stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align on campaign goals and execution plans.
  • Provide insights to the marketing team regarding the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Travel to various locations as necessary for marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing and/or sales, preferably within the grocery sector.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and motivating a team.
  • Flexible schedule, as this position does not adhere to traditional 9-5 hours.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
