Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will report directly to the State Manager. Your main responsibility will be to drive outside sales of our product range while overseeing a select group of accounts. Your goal will be to enhance product sales and optimize the placement of product displays across various on-premise and off-premise locations. You will also focus on upselling inventory, maximizing cooler space, and improving product visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key customer contacts to promote our products at designated accounts. Assess ongoing product requirements and identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Sales Execution: Monitor competitor activities, including new product introductions and pricing strategies. Achieve monthly sales targets related to distribution, pricing, displays, and onboarding new accounts.
  • Brand Protection: Uphold the integrity of the Stateside brand by ensuring proper product rotation, maintaining freshness, and adhering to company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Enhance product diversity and volume at each account while improving in-store branding and ensuring the availability of fresh products.

Collaboration and Success:
Work collaboratively across departments to share best practices and drive collective success. Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account. Coordinate promotional events such as tastings and retailer events to boost brand visibility and consumer engagement. Utilize consumer insights and industry trends to educate clients, address challenges, and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage sector.
  • Valid US Driver's License and willingness to travel extensively with reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport up to 35 pounds of inventory and promotional displays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and executing effectively.

Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 USD. Individual compensation packages will be determined based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
