Job Description

Senior Business Development Manager - Northwest Region

At Navigate Wellbeing Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in the Northwest Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the wellbeing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and grow the business in the Northwest Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including healthcare brokers, wellbeing practice leaders, and HR leaders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing leads and marketing qualified leads for clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales leader to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales leader and management team.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the wellbeing or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in a similar role.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders in the wellbeing industry, including healthcare brokers and wellbeing practice leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
