As a member of the regional leadership team, the Director plays a crucial role in shaping and executing regional strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Regional Strategies

Support the VP/EVP in developing and implementing regional strategies aligned with the Company's goals.

Business Planning and Budgeting

Develop business plans and budgets that align with both the Company's and the Region's strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

Monitor KPIs to assess the Regional performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions, while maintaining a solid understanding of key financial reporting and performance metrics.

Leadership and Team Management

Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, mentorship, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Culture Development and Talent Management

Drive a culture of effective people management and career development with a focus on growth and preparing successors for key roles.

Business Development and Marketing

Strategize with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop new market opportunities and foster strong relationships with existing Clients.

Quality Control and Assurance

Collaborate with Practice Leadership to maintain and enhance quality control within the Region.

Senior Technical and Client Management

Perform senior technical, senior review, and client management duties where appropriate.

Leadership by Example
