Candidate Profile:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a project manager or in a relevant capacity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven capability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the capacity to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Awareness of current marketing trends and proficiency in budget and time management.
  • Skill in presenting ideas, negotiating, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with workflow management software, such as Wrike, JIRA, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email service providers is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with a marketing communications team is advantageous.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
Compensation Information

The salary range reflects targeted base salaries. Non-sales roles have the potential to participate in a bonus program. Sales roles may qualify for sales incentives, and in some cases, a bonus plan, where total compensation may significantly exceed base salary based on individual performance. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level at the time of offer.

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is available for salaried employees, allowing for paid time away from work for vacation, personal matters, or short-term illness without accruing a specific bank of time off.
