Position Overview:
We are looking for two talented Human Resources professionals to fill essential roles within our organization.

HR Benefits Coordinator:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, collaborating with external partners.
- Execute benefit administration tasks such as processing enrollments, managing changes, and reconciling invoices.
- Facilitate Open Enrollment and conduct monthly orientations for employees regarding benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel records and manage payroll-related changes in the HR system.
- Handle leave-of-absence requests and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Address inquiries related to retirement plans and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a preference for candidates with three years of experience in HR or benefits administration.
- Relevant certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Ceridian Dayforce, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism.

HR Performance Management Specialist:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance management frameworks that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, collaborating with department leaders to establish performance metrics.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to integrate performance management with talent development and succession planning.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on performance management or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software; experience with Ceridian Dayforce is beneficial.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
