POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist. This role is crucial for identifying and attracting qualified candidates to join our team.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and a strong desire to learn are essential.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input paper applications and resumes into the Applicant Tracking System (JAZZ) as necessary.
  • Manage employment inquiries and respond to phone calls.
  • Develop a pool of potential candidates through various recruitment strategies and recommend top talent.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and arrange interviews as required.
  • Participate in interviews to assist the Operations team and shared services departments.
  • Create and publish job advertisements on the Applicant Tracking System and career portal as needed.
  • Issue job offer letters.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and strategies.
  • Coordinate and attend recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Inform applicants about hiring procedures while ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and corporate policies.
  • Provide temporary administrative support as required.
  • Perform additional duties to assist hiring managers and the Human Resources Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or a related Human Resources role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable hiring laws and best practices is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JAZZ) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented capabilities are required.
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
