POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist. This role is crucial for sourcing and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company.


The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and a proactive attitude towards learning are essential.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input paper applications and resumes into the Applicant Tracking System (JAZZ) as needed.
  • Manage employment inquiries and respond to phone calls.
  • Develop a pool of potential candidates through diverse recruiting strategies and recommend top talent.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and arrange interviews as necessary.
  • Participate in interviews to assist the Operations team and shared services departments.
  • Create and publish job advertisements on the Applicant Tracking System and career portal as required.
  • Issue job offer letters.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and initiatives.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Inform applicants about the hiring process while ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide temporary administrative support as required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to assist hiring managers and the Human Resources Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related Human Resources role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JAZZ) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented abilities are essential.
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
