Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Director: Strategic Partnership Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Operations organization, you'll play a critical role in helping us define and execute a best-in-class sales strategy for our strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Partner with our Vice President of Strategic Partnership Sales to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives superior execution by our sales organization.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Lead the development and refinement of weekly sales forecasting processes, driving predictability and accuracy.
- Productivity and Performance Analysis: Develop and action productivity and performance reporting for sales management, individuals, and account opportunities.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in sales strategy and operations within a complex technology sales environment.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years managing direct and matrixed teams, with a strong ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance.
- Analytical Skills: Utilize combined industry benchmarking information with robust analytical capabilities to identify market trends and test alternative strategy approaches that yield superior performance.
The estimated salary for this position is $143,900 -- $319,600 annually, reflecting the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of new hire equity awards.
