Operational Excellence Manager

FUSE, a national nonprofit, is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to drive efficiency and effectiveness in its Strategic Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management and process improvement experience, with a strong track record of designing and implementing organizational workflows and systems.

The Manager will report to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and oversee operational processes across the team, focusing on process improvement, systems performance, and contract administration. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Process Improvement: Map and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient workflows, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Integration: Manage the integration of processes across different teams to ensure smooth collaboration, working closely with the VP and Directors to ensure that all processes are consistently aligned with organizational goals.
  • Salesforce Management: Help oversee the vision and build out of Salesforce systems to support strategic goals, ensuring seamless execution of contracts and relationships with local and national partners.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, amending, and managing small contracts, engaging directly with partners on behalf of the Directors of Strategic Partnerships.
  • Vendor and Writer Management: Oversee relationships with vendors supporting the Strategic Partnerships team, helping establish a market research strategy to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

This is a remote position, based anywhere in the United States, offering a non-negotiable annual salary of $90,000 and robust benefits.
