About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in driving Braze's expansion into new markets and industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive Braze's growth objectives.
    • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Deal Sourcing and Management:
    • Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of partnership deals.
    • Manage the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and integration.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless execution of strategic partnerships.
    • Lead post-partnership integration efforts to ensure the successful realization of deal synergies.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on the SaaS and technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing M&A transactions and strategic investments.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $280,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) of $400,000 - $450,000/year. Benefits may vary by location.
