**About the Role**

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Leader to lead the development of strategic partnerships and third-party relationships to support our business growth efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop partnerships and revenue sharing models with channel partners, including PEOs, healthcare navigation firms, HR and benefit technology platforms, TPAs, purchasing groups, and other related healthcare point solutions.
  • Collaborate with client success, enterprise sales, sales operations and analytics, finance, and legal teams to drive new revenue channels.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships and third-party relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

**What We Offer**
