Vice President Channel and Partnership Sales

At 1Life Healthcare, Inc, we are seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnership Development Leader to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for partnerships with channel partners, including PEOs, healthcare navigation firms, HR technology platforms, TPAs, purchasing groups, and other related point solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as client success, sales operations, finance, and legal, to deliver customized solutions for strategic partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing consultative selling and relationship-building expertise.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
