**About the Role:**
We are looking for a highly motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints;
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues;
- Updating customer records and processing claims in our system;
