MCI Careers is seeking a Contact Center Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and concerns
- Provide product information and sales support to customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in contact center environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
