About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President, New Business Development to lead our efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with Refuel Agency's strategic objectives. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our reach within target markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets and grow Refuel Agency's presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target clients, utilizing industry expertise to provide consultative solutions that drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and account management activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client direct sales, preferably in the media or marketing industry.
- Proven success in identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks effectively.
