About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Commercial Strategy to join our team at D.C. Global Talent Inc. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and lead an integrated commercial strategy for our portfolio across Central and Latin America (CALA).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize profits by aligning sales, marketing, revenue management, and digital channels
  2. Develop and track KPIs to link revenue goals to profitability targets, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance
  3. Lead a cross-functional team to develop innovative solutions and talent, enhancing the brand through digital and eCommerce innovation
  4. Pitch the company's integrated strategy to prospective clients, managing vendor relationships and evaluating technologies
  5. Strengthen partnerships and client loyalty by engaging clients and ownership groups

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of commercial strategy experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies driving revenue growth
  • Excellent expertise in sales, marketing, digital marketing, revenue management, and eCommerce
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and apply them strategically
  • Exceptional strategic leadership abilities and communication/negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Spanish required for role's CALA market responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to travel extensively
  • Hospitality or multi-brand management experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
