Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Leader to join our team in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with and direct the sales efforts and independent sales agencies within the territory to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize sales performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with key decision-makers in the pool, landscape, and construction industries.
  • Clinical Skills: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop programs, materials, and tools to support the sales process in your territory.
  • Professional Representation: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote New Tech Global Staffing's products.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lighting, pool, or backyard industry required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Business Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
