Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President, Business Development to join our team at Refuel Agency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in media or marketing industry
- Proven track record of success in new business development and revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with digital, tech, data and traditional media platforms
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
