Insurance Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Development Executive to join our team in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents, preparing and providing benefit proposals, and coordinating enrollment meetings and benefits fairs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, a robust network of brokers and agents, and a deep understanding of group life and health products. They will also be proficient in digital marketing and have experience working in the insurance industry.

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + bonus + full benefits package + hybrid/remote work flexibility
About the RoleThe role of Insurance Business Development Executive involves:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents
- Preparing and providing benefit proposals
- Coordinating enrollment meetings and benefits fairs
- Attending trade shows and events to market products
- Tracking sales performance and providing monthly reporting
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring competitive activity and market trends, staying up-to-date on industry developments, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
