Job Description

Executive Director

At JCSI, we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our business operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of all projects.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Policies: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize business performance.
  • Monitor and Streamline Project Workflows: Monitor and streamline project workflows to maximize productivity.

Staff Management:

  • Lead, Mentor, and Manage a Team: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct reports who oversee field staff.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure Company Standards: Ensure that all teams adhere to company standards and project timelines.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company goals and drive growth.
  • Identify and Capitalize on New Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the industry.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust business strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and Manage Budgets: Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure financial health and profitability.
  • Implement Cost Control Measures: Implement cost control measures without compromising on quality or client satisfaction.
  • Oversee Financial Performance: Oversee financial performance and reporting, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial targets.

Client Relations:

  • Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new client partnerships.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing project delivery, addressing any issues promptly, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Represent the Company: Represent JCSI as the primary point of contact for high-profile projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role within the industry, with a focus on business operations.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.

  • Financial Acumen: Financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial oversight.
