Job Overview

As an essential member of the Lithium Lift organization, you will act as the main liaison for our esteemed clientele, managing incoming service and parts inquiries, initiating work orders, organizing technician schedules, and following up with customers to guarantee their requirements are fulfilled and satisfaction is upheld. Your outstanding communication abilities and multitasking skills will be vital in providing exceptional customer support and fostering robust relationships with both clients and technicians. A commitment to ensuring seamless operations and delivering superior customer service will be key in our goal to transform the forklift sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle incoming service and parts customer inquiries.
  • Organize and schedule daily service technician assignments.
  • Initiate work orders within our ERP system.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of parts with precision.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with billing processes and supervise service technician activities.
  • Engage with customers for scheduling and address any concerns.
  • Check in and out new and rental equipment.
  • Ensure timely task completion while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong data entry and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in service, parts, operations, or related fields.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A passion for customer support and proactive problem-solving.
