  • Collaborate with Customer Billing and Support Coordinators to ensure timely job completion and accurate processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer account information in our management system, NxGen, to facilitate effective call management.
  • Assist with parts ordering and purchase order creation as needed.
  • Manage work-in-progress (WIP) effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Participate in weekly planning and scheduling meetings to align team efforts.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two to five years of experience in service industry operations or scheduling. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, demonstrating tact and cooperation while managing diverse projects and tasks. Prioritization skills based on financial impact are crucial.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in HVAC operations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with basic project accounting or costing principles is desired.
