Key Responsibilities- Verify and confirm appointments with potential customers 24-48 hours in advance
- Conduct soft credit pulls and discuss financing options with customers
- Interdepartmental communication and feedback to management for coaching opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes on every interaction and appointment
- Assist with same-day cancellations and notify relevant teams
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1 year of inside sales/customer service experience
- Goal-oriented and money motivated
- Experience with call center technology solutions a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass drug-screen and background check
