As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and confirm appointments with potential customers 24-48 hours in advance
  • Conduct soft credit pulls and discuss financing options with customers
  • Interdepartmental communication and feedback to management for coaching opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes on every interaction and appointment
  • Assist with same-day cancellations and notify relevant teams
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments
Requirements
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of inside sales/customer service experience
  • Goal-oriented and money motivated
  • Experience with call center technology solutions a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass drug-screen and background check
