Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle incoming service and parts inquiries from customers.
  • Organize and schedule daily assignments for service technicians.
  • Initiate work orders within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of parts with precision.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with billing processes and supervise service technician activities.
  • Engage with customers for scheduling and to address any concerns.
  • Check in and out new and rental equipment.
  • Ensure timely task completion while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • At least 2 years of experience in service, parts, operations, or related fields.
  • Able to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Enthusiastic about customer support and proactive in problem-solving.
