Your outstanding communication abilities and multitasking skills will be vital in providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with both clients and technicians. A commitment to facilitating seamless operations and delivering superior customer support will be key in our goal to transform the forklift industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle incoming service and parts inquiries from customers.
- Organize and schedule daily assignments for service technicians.
- Initiate work orders within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Manage the shipping and receiving of parts with precision.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with billing processes and supervise service technician activities.
- Engage with customers for scheduling and to address any concerns.
- Check in and out new and rental equipment.
- Ensure timely task completion while adhering to company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- At least 2 years of experience in service, parts, operations, or related fields.
- Able to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Enthusiastic about customer support and proactive in problem-solving.
