About the Job

We're looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Ramp. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering value to our customers and revenue for our business by implementing Ramp's products for newly-closed customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex implementation projects with multiple workstreams, leveraging exceptional project management and time management skills
  • Collaborating with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot, and ideate workarounds as needed
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional compensation opportunities. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, partially covered for your dependents, and a 401k plan with employer match.
