We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Glean. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Strategist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of our solutions.

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy. You will be expected to develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and increase customer lifetime value. If you have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, particularly in SaaS or enterprise software, we want to hear from you

This role requires:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a similar role within an international/B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Customer Success, including a track record of attaining targets
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to travel periodically and be in the office regularly

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 based on location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
