About Us: Optimize Partners is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company based in the NYC area.
We're Hiring: Senior Customer Success Manager for an exciting role that combines strategic account management and business growth.
The Role:
- Work closely with our enterprise customers to define success metrics and drive value from our platform, achieving measurable results.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, use cases, and objectives to ensure our platform is properly leveraged.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic roadmapping and change management plans, assisting customers in driving user adoption and business process improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Serve as a point of escalation for key customer issues, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Act as a brand ambassador, evangelizing the capabilities of our platform and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on customer well-being, tracking key health and usage indicators.
- Support customer onboarding and facilitate knowledge sharing between teams.
- Help mentor and train new Customer Success Managers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, or account management for a SaaS organization.
- Significant experience driving enterprise-level customer engagements, achieving high adoption, retention, and expansion rates.
- BS/BA degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable education. Master's degree is a plus.
- Skillful at building long-term relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Excellent attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about making customers successful.
- Experience in business transformation/business process improvement initiatives is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in leading executive meetings and workshops.
What We Offer:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
