Enterprise Customer Success Professional

Are you a seasoned customer success expert seeking a new challenge? We're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Writer, a leading AI platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for helping our enterprise customers achieve success with our product.
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll act as the single point of contact for your assigned customers, creating and driving their overall success plan. You'll develop expertise as an advisor on best practices in developing on-brand content at scale and project manage programs to help customers drive adoption, business value, and renew usage of Writer.
We're looking for someone who's comfortable navigating complex customer relationships, managing multiple projects, and driving value across the business. If you have a proven track record of exceeding growth retention targets, deepening adoption within teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cross-sell, and upsell. You'll produce and processify decks, Looms, and emails that help your customers onboard, adopt, and renew usage of Writer at scale.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including annual salary $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience, company stock options, and a 401(k) plan. Our benefits package includes generous PTO, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, fertility and family planning support, and more.
