Customer Success Enterprise Leader

As a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will lead our team of Customer Success Managers, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and development. Your expertise in managing high-performing teams and fostering creative cultures will drive exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Grow and manage a team of Customer Success Managers working with prominent e-commerce brands.
- Hire and coach high-performing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to build a best-in-class CS team.
- Cultivate a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Owning team metrics and goals, develop and execute plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business strategies and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align priorities and address customer needs and opportunities.
