We're looking for a Customer Success Leader to join our team at Writer, a leading AI platform. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the success of our enterprise customers, driving growth, retention, and adoption of our product.

You'll act as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, creating and executing tailored success plans to ensure they meet their business objectives. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cross-sell, and upsell, and collaborate with our product team to gather insights and feedback on how to improve our product.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of the customer success space, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. If you have a proven track record of leading customer success teams and driving growth, retention, and adoption in a similar role, we'd love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including annual salary $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience, company stock options, and a 401(k) plan.
