Enterprise Success Strategist

Sourcemap Inc is seeking an experienced Enterprise Success Strategist to join our growing team. This role involves working with customers to ensure they achieve their business goals through effective product adoption and strategic planning.
About the Role:You will be a trusted advisor to Sourcemap's customers, helping them navigate our products to maximize their benefits. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in customer-facing enterprise SaaS, account management or strategic consulting roles.
- Craft joint customer success plans with customers on best practices and lead executive business reviews to ensure effective progress toward strategic goals.
- Manage approximately 15 enterprise customers, identifying strategies leading to renewals, expansion, and overall customer health scores.
- Manage post-sales activity for assigned customers through strong relationship-building, product adoption tactics, and planning.
- Serve as a Sourcemap product expert to support customers throughout their engagement, confidently answering advanced product usage and technical questions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer success systems and customer goals.
We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $90,000 to $115,000, benefit package, and equal employment opportunities.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $100,500 based on location and industry standards.
