Customer Success Enterprise Solutions Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing the employee feedback & performance strategy of our Enterprise customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with our Enterprise customers (1K+ employees) to advance their employee feedback & performance strategy. You will lead strategic conversations with a customer and their Executive team (CPOs, Heads of People, Org Development etc) alongside a People Scientist or Account Manager, by leveraging your knowledge of key People and Culture topics to advise companies on their people strategies.
Some of the key tasks associated with this role include facilitating effective conversations and uncovering a customer's needs and scoping the appropriate survey configuration and coaching their project management to ensure that they're successful. Additionally, you will proactively drive product adoption, retention, and ultimately business outcomes across our Enterprise customers. This includes enabling customers in using the platform and more broadly, the domain of people and culture, as well as ensuring customer success through collaboration with Product Support, Account Management, People Science, Marketing & Product.
We believe in fair and equitable pay at Culture Amp, and therefore, we build pay equity into all our programs in addition to conducting annual pay equity audits. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $125,100-$143,000 USD. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission.
