Job Overview

We are a fast-growing startup that is changing the way businesses buy and sell SaaS. We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Expert to join our team, someone who can help our customers achieve great value from our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to our Enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our product.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, identifying growth opportunities and executing plans to earn additional spend.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is captured and addressed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success roles, with a focus on Enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS sales and customer success strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
