Job Summary:
Optimize Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer success and growth in the B2B SaaS space. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to drive customer adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, developing deep relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to drive customer value and adoption.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, consulting or account management for a SaaS organization.
  • Significant experience driving enterprise-level customer engagements.
  • BS/BA degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or a comparable education.
