About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success and Growth Specialist who will own the full customer lifecycle, building strong relationships with Bask's customers and driving user adoption and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop custom engagement initiatives that drive user adoption and meet the unique needs of customers
  • Analyze customer engagement metrics to communicate value, trends, and opportunities with key stakeholders
  • Manage all current customer data and deliver program demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend ways to get the most out of the Bask platform
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or similar roles at a SaaS organization
  • Experience in the telehealth space and with large- to enterprise-sized customer books of business
  • Creative problem-solving skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, and comfort collaborating with different teams
