Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving financial goals, including revenue, expenses, and profit targets as per the store's budget.
  • Train and guide staff to meet production objectives, maintain merchandise standards, and uphold customer service expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while integrating the mission into daily operations.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills to meet store performance standards.
  • Be prepared to work extended hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in retail sales.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to effectively utilize point of sale and donation systems, as well as office technology.
  • Capability to work under pressure while demonstrating sound judgment and patience.
  • Follow both oral and written instructions proficiently.
  • Familiarity with business-related mathematics.
  • Supervise and train staff in various operational areas, including production, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds; stand for extended periods; and occasionally work outdoors in varying temperatures.
