Role Objective:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be essential in upholding the standards of your store while preparing your team for future advancements. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations and strategize for ongoing success. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining exceptional customer service, high employee performance, and exceeding sales targets.

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Environment: In-person
Schedule:
· 38-40 hours per week.
· 5 days per week
· Shifts may include weekdays and weekends
· 8+ hour shifts
