About the Role

As a key member of our retail team, the Assistant Manager will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives by effectively managing store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet production goals, adhere to company policies, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and minor renovations to maintain a well-maintained store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of retail sales experience required; one year of experience in a management/supervisory capacity required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
