Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives by effectively managing store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to meet production goals, maintain high-quality customer service standards, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, including inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and donation processing.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of retail sales experience required; one year of experience in a management/supervisory capacity required.
  • Skills: Ability to learn and use point-of-sale and donation systems, office computer, and telephone; strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities.
