Role Purpose:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be integral in upholding the operational standards of your store while paving the way for future advancements. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations and strategize for ongoing success. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction, fostering employee performance, and driving sales beyond expectations.

- Have prior experience in Bicycle Retail and possess strong organizational skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and customer service abilities, along with computer proficiency.
- Show adaptability and a willingness to learn and improve continuously.


Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Environment: In-person
Schedule:
· 38-40 hours per week.
· 5 days per week
· Weekday and weekend shifts
· 8+ hour shifts
