TITLE: RETAIL OPERATIONS LEADER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Retail Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in advancing our business by ensuring a superior customer journey and fostering enduring client connections. This position is centered on the sales floor, dedicated to cultivating an atmosphere where feedback is continuous and customer satisfaction is paramount. The Retail Operations Leader is tasked with building a cohesive team that encourages and inspires one another, leaving a lasting impact on the store's legacy. This individual must oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless functionality while maximizing profitability and efficiency.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets by guaranteeing that every customer receives exceptional service
  • Develop a loyal client base by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Engage proactively with clients to enhance relationships through various communication channels
  • Leverage company training and selling methodologies to surpass key performance indicators
  • Continuously educate oneself on the latest trends in each collection to enhance stylist capabilities
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to lead by example and mentor staff in building client relationships
  • Provide immediate feedback on the sales floor to inspire and develop the sales team
  • Ensure the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of both customer-facing and operational areas
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members effectively
  • Participate in various operational divisions to support overall business success and grow as a well-rounded leader
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to payroll processes
  • Actively promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
  • Maintain a visually appealing sales floor that reflects the brand's identity
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and camaraderie
  • Remain open to feedback and committed to personal development in the role
  • Serve as a leader within the district and collaborate with fellow Retail Operations Leaders
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Face masks are required to ensure safety for all
  • Previous management experience is essential
  • Prior sales experience is necessary
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds as needed
  • Must be able to stand and walk continuously, moving throughout the store to assist customers
  • Occasional ladder climbing may be required
  • Proficient in using telephone, POS, and computer systems
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
