Innovations emerging from ODDITY LABS will fuel groundbreaking products for ODDITY's existing brands and future ventures.

Our remarkable team is dedicated to harnessing biology and technology to redefine consumer product expectations and shopping experiences, transitioning millions of consumers from offline to online in the process. Our culture is characterized by rapid pace, innovation, agility, and offers every team member the chance to make a significant impact.

  • Manage supplier relationships, GANTT charts, delays, and troubleshoot synthesis and quality challenges.
  • Refine screening compound selection and sourcing criteria through chemistry expertise and data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed about emerging pharmaceutical and chemistry trends in synthetic and medicinal chemistry and implement new technologies that further enhance the capabilities of ODDITY LABS.
  • Develop and present innovative concepts in collaboration with ODDITY LABS and ODDITY leadership.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and serve as a leader within ODDITY LABS and across ODDITY teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a fast-paced strategic and analytical role (e.g., management consulting, banking, investing, tech, biotech, high-growth startup, etc.) is desirable.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • In-depth knowledge of API chemical modifications, functional groups, and current trends and methodologies within the pharmaceutical field.
  • Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and capable of managing numerous active projects effectively and simultaneously across multiple suppliers.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting analytical documentation, including but not limited to NMR (carbon and hydrogen), Mass Spectra, FTIR, UV-Vis, HPLC-UV chromatograms, etc.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a deep curiosity and desire to tackle challenging chemistry issues in a rapidly changing environment, utilizing both first principles and available resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
